Kristina is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and is completing consultation hours to become EMDRIA certified. This evidence based practice can be done via video. EMDR is used to process trauma, address phobias and adapt negative beliefs to improve self-esteem & confidence. Clients typically report improved thinking even after 1 session.
