EMDR for big & little T's

Kristina is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and is EMDRIA certified. This evidence based practice can be done in person with eye movement or tappers or via video. EMDR is used to process trauma, address phobias and adapt negative beliefs to improve self-esteem & confidence. Clients typically report less distress even after 1 session. 

Trauma isn't always a big "T" like combat. It is also a pattern of little "t's" that create a pattern of negative thoughts and/or beliefs such as "I am unlovable."
